    Triceps Pushdown

    Hi all,

I have a relatively simple, question..When i do tricep pushdowns with the rope attachment I always end up having slight shoulder pain/stiffness after each set. It doesn't change whether I do light or heavy weight, and my form is fine. Is this normal?

    Thanks alot,

    Steve

Without knowing what you are calling good form I can only make a couple suggestions:

    1. Keep your shoulders rolled back during the entire movement.
    2. Work on shoulder flexibility.
    3. If you have a pre-existing injury there may be some things you need to do to address that.

    Hope this helps,
