Question Can't Figure Out What Direction to go in. Help Out

So I've been lifting weights for a really long time. Since the 6th Grade prolly about 11 years old and im 22 now. As of right now im about 225lbs and around 10% bodyfat. I did a competition this past summer over bodybuilding.com and got down to 5% and 205 and was alot more happy with myself then now.

Ever since ive been putting some extra weight which was bound to happen I been just feeling like crap. I've still been eating good and working out and doing cardio 3x per week at least. I only drink once a week and im a college student so thats bare minimum.
I eat less now then I would when I used to try to gain weight but its just adding up on me.

I started doing the DC workout and have continued to gain str faster then ever, But at the same time I really feel like I don't want to get any bigger. I just start feeling bad about myself. I have to lift weights still but I just looking for some suggestions from people about what to do. Im really stressed out lately over this, and Im feeling unsatisfied about myself.

Trying to find people that were maybe in this situation. Let me know thanks!

    Uhh...how about trying something new?

Like increasing your strength while staying the same weight?

    Or...(out of ideas actually)

Dude your 6'5....you state that you feel that your overweight...your body like carry it with no problem.....My only suggestion...would ...and I know you know this too... watch your diet like a hawk.....and "yes"...it is a pain in the ass to log everything going in your mouth...but at least you'll have visual data to guide you on what your doin wrong diet wise....
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live the world they're been given than to explore the power they have to change it...Impossible is not a fact...It's an opinion...Impossible is not declaration...It's a dare...Impossible is potential...Impossible is temporary...Impossible is nothing...
