Yeah, you binged. You ate 5000 calories. You drink water. The more food you have the heavier you will be, the more water you drink, the heavier you will be.

Dude, 3600 kilcalories is one pound. simply, if you consume more calories than you burn, eventually you will gain weight. Even if you sat on a couch all day and ate 5000 calories. yOu wouldn't gain 3 pounds. The 5000 calories worth of food may sit in your stomach for a short time and show on the scale 3 pounds heavy. But it's only temporary. Almost, everyday I weight five pounds less in the morning than i do at night.

More carbs = more water weight.
Considering you ate more food then normal, your water weight adjusted as well.

If you weigh yourself consistently right after hitting the bathroom when you wake, there shouldn't be much of a fluctuation. I've sometimes jumped around 15 pounds after a night of taco bell and binge drinking, then will back to normal in the morning.Originally Posted by BloodRaged
