Money is tight. I'm doing Starting Strength. I have old cross-trainers, but I also have some relatively new boxing/wrestling shoes. They look like these (I may have to attach the pic)
Thoughts on using them for my squat shoes?

They aren't a substitute for real squat shoes, however, they are fine for lifting in. Just like Chucks wrestling shoes are a good choice.
