    What to eat while at work?

    I work at a bowling alley from usually 5 PM - 1 AM on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The bowling alley does have a restaurant. I am currently in the bulking phrase, and I'm trying to eat 5-6 times a day, eating:

    583 calories per meal
    33 G protein per meal
    108 G carbs per meal
    14 G fat per meal

    That's based off my my weight, metabolism, body type, etc.

    The restaurant is a basic one. Hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, all of the basic stuff. Any ideas of what I could eat? Yesterday I had a Turkey Melt with wheat toast there and then had a salad later on with carrots, cucumbers, and Italian dressing instead of Ranch. If you have any other ideas, please let me know, I need to stay consistent with my meals no matter where I am. Thanks.
