I have a problem when it comes to trying to develop a healthy diet to go along with my training program. it doesn't matter how many articles I read, i have a problem trying to understand whats best to eat, and what nutrients need to be involved in the diet. so here's the deal. Im currently doing a 5 day split, working legs once a week and everything else twice a week, with 3-4 days of cardio, around 30-40 mins. whats a well rounded diet to help burn fat, yet maintain muscle gained.. any help will be appreciated
