    soreness= muscle growth

    OK i read where someone posted that soreness doesnt mean your muscles are growing well if it doesnt then what does it mean. Someone try to give me an in dept explanation of this im interested.

    soreness is not an indicator of a good workout or of progress. growth and srength increases are indicators. soreness is a sign off too much lactic acid build up.
