Hi, yes will this program work i have only been lifing for month so i am a beginner so if i start this program 2nite will i see muscle mass gains on it also if so when roughly will i see a nocticeable differents?

If you have only been lifting for a month, you still have a lot of noob gains to make, so yes, you will see both size and strength from this program. How long it will take to see them is impossible to tell for certain as it depends on the person. If you follow the program exactly as it is written and eat at a calory surplus, I would say you should notice some change in as little as a month. Now I am not saying 10lbs in a month, but you should notice a slight increase in strength, as well as a few extra pounds on the scale.
