    Will Sticky's Simple Beginner's Routine Build Muscle

    Hi, yes will this program work i have only been lifing for month so i am a beginner so if i start this program 2nite will i see muscle mass gains on it also if so when roughly will i see a nocticeable differents?

    dont wana waste my time if i aint guna see a differents over time

    my goal muscle gain
    already have the stength

    If you have only been lifting for a month, you still have a lot of noob gains to make, so yes, you will see both size and strength from this program. How long it will take to see them is impossible to tell for certain as it depends on the person. If you follow the program exactly as it is written and eat at a calory surplus, I would say you should notice some change in as little as a month. Now I am not saying 10lbs in a month, but you should notice a slight increase in strength, as well as a few extra pounds on the scale.

    You say you already have the strength. Where did you get this strength from?
    There's always somebody bigger and stronger. What are your major lifts? Like the squat, press, bench, rows, that sort of thing.
    You seem like your in a hurry. you know this will not happen tonite, right?

    The forum crowd here is pretty conscientious when it comes to evaluating good information. All Pros ("Simple Beginner's Routine") wouldn't be a sticky if it was a junk routine. Go for it and do it right. Good luck.
