Is this fiber supplement okay? Isoflex okay for keto?

I'm really nervous about this "ultra-fiber" branded fiber that I'm taking. I take 3 caplets 3x/day. Says that it contains no digestible carbohydrates.

It's a "Balanced High Fibre Supplement with Psyllium and Prune"

contains: 300mg cellulose, 300mg chicory fibre (insulin), 89mg mixed fruit/vegetable fibre

Other ingredients: vegetable stearine, caramel, carmine, pharmaceutical glaze

If anyone could give me the okay on this fibre, that would be great.

Also, I take isoflex chocolate and am on the Dave Palumbo diet. I know that isoflex has a bunch of other stuff like glutamine and things like that. Are there any ingredients that will keep me out of keto that I don't want?

    thanks

I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be "inulin" and not insulin

What brand of fibre is it? I'm sure they have some info on the net that we can find.

I would just get some metamucil and call it a day.

Don't get suckered by these expensive fiber suppliments that have little benefit over a good psyllium product. Walmart has a cheap generic version of metamucil too. It's hella cheap and and the orange version is kinda refreshing when taken in with enough water.
    Like Brutis...you can do dis.

    lol, it is inulin.

There is no nutritional label anywhere.

    This is what I'm taking:

    http://www.alva-amco.com/ultra-fiber...e_soluble.html

I'll get metamucil next but will just finish this to make sure first.

    Agreed.

I just get the pure psyllium husk. That way I don't have to worry about any other junk that was added to it. I mix a tablespoon in 15 oz of water and chug it down.

Weight lifting is a competitive sport between you and gravity. In the end, gravity always seems to win.

I agree as well it's just that since I already have it, I want to see if I can finish it.

Also, can someone please answer my isoflex question? Thanks
