    Best Pre Cardio Supplement?

Is there anything good to take before cardio for more energy and motivation? Would pump supplements like Shotgun or White Flood make any sense?

    I use Purple Wraath.

White Flood might be too much bc of the stims.

I'm on Keto, so I'm trying to avoid carbs pre Cardio. I've got NO Shotgun here, just not sure if it's a waste to use it before cardio.

I personnally didnt see any effect from PW for cardio.

Id just take a caffeine pill before cardio if you are not too sensitive to stims.

White floods alright, superpump 250 works, you can take black coffee as well. Key is if your dieting right you should be able to sustain insulin spikes throughut the day but try either of those if you need it.

When Gaspari's SizeOn Carb-Free comes out, I'd say use that or Intrabolic.

I like to do longer runs (for me atleast) 5-6 miles at a good 7-8mph pace ... I did these every other day for a few months on a cutting cycle, all natural and lost about 15 lbs. After I started bulking up I worried about getting fat (lol) so I started running hard again, but I happend to have some intrabolic at the time so I sipped it during my runs... I didn't notice anything different, but it was nice to have something to drink atleast (also I like the apple flavor). I say taking a supplement for cardio would be worthless, if anything you would just sweat it out anyways... hell I lose 1-1.5 lbs in sweat in a 45 minute session.

I wouldnt either of those. I would use something like Purple wraath, intrabolic, or Xtend for endurance. If u want a cheap energy kicker go buy some cheap caffeine pills and take one of those 3 products i just explained about. Or if u want to go natural drink a some green tea or some black coffee.

great choice, the combination of those ingredients will help strength, endurance and energy levels synergistically with caffeine. the anti-catabolic property of BCAA's are a plus as well!

I prefer to use Liquid Clenbutrx Hardcore. It has never crashed on me. It's a great energy booster as well as a mood enhancer. I don't know... For some reason I am happy.. I have no idea what is in it that does it but it kind of peaks after 2 or 3 hours. Your nipples get hard... Sometimes goosebumps... And you just smile lol

But that is when I'm not working out. I typically take 3cc's when I wake up instead of a cup of coffee... When I workout on the stuff I don't get tired. I get real HOT and sweat like crazy. But other than that I can go forever.

    The best I've found are

GNC N.O. Loaded. Probably one of the strongest pre workouts out there. I only take 3/4 scoop of it before weights or HIIT.

Before my hockey games since its longer, I use the Monster Pump pre workout by Cytosport. It has a good amount of Waxymaize(carb), which makes you go one forever endurance wise.

MAN Body Octane is great for cardio, it helps suppress lactic acid, improve endurance and aid in recovery. Plus it is a non-proprietary formula so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you are getting.

Could give Foucs XT a go. It works well for me on cardio days especially if I am dragging.

I enjoyed my run with AN Musclespeed. TL Stizm is another excellent choice.

While I think Beta Alanine is good for endurance, I wouldn't say it helps with energy or motivation, and it also takes a few weeks to kick in. Prolab's Cardio Blast is a cardio specific supplement meant to be taken before a session. It is a 3 oz shot.
