All I currently use is protein, multivitamin. However, lately Ive been struggling in the gym & would like to know what I can add to help me out? Im looking for something natural that works & is proven to build muscle & give you energy.

Bummp Thanx for the reply. Ive heard several people talk about T-Bol. Any other supplements would be appreciated. I currently have samples of several controlled labs products & have some NO I used to use. However, Id rather something natural over these that gives me energy & pumped. Is the T-bol creatine any different from the old school mono hydrate? Nick what is Bioforge? Ive heard several threads about that supplement as well. Whats in it, whats it used for & how effective is it?

or not eating carbs from veggies a hour-2 before? so ur muscles arent feeding off anything?

T-bol is not a creatine, the person was suggesting you try regular creatine or T-bol which is a Natural herbal test booster.
Ive tried alot of supplements but I have to say I am impressed with the strength gains you get from T-bol.
Any type of creatine should be a staple in your supplement regimen I think its just as important as taking protein.
