First off, your camera was released in 2007 and it has a built in timer. This has to be the worst picture of an arm I've ever seen.

Set the timer, put it on a table or shelf, stand back 5-8 feet and have it take your picture doing a front double bicep shot.

Unless you don't have access to the one used in the original picture, you have a Casio Z1050 and it has a timer.

sorry, ill try to expand the pic. i don think it will be clear enough though.... 18.5" when i was lifting regularly. this was taken 8 weeks after on nothing, with not training.. mayb they went down to 18.25". def not under 18" though lol. im 5'8" bro

Why not take a photo of a reflection of yet another reflection in the dark while standing 20 feet away, then shrink it some more, and make it black and white...

Get a better pic dude.
