Thank you!
Thanks!
Thank you!
Thank you!
I started out at around 160 and bulked up to around 205. In the 9 months pics, I weighed around 175 after my cut. I'm now back up to 185.
Lifts have been pretty consistent. I never maxed out in the beginning so I couldn't really tell you at that point. Right now, once again haven't maxxed out in deadlifts or squats.
Bench-300x1
Squats-315x5
Deadlifts-335x10"Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away, and you have their shoes."

Thank you I really appreciate it!
Diet right now is just a maintain diet. Keeping my calories slightly above maitenance with weight training 5 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. I'll be on this diet for the next month or so, then I will raise up my calories slightly and take out the cardio.
Training:
Monday-Chest/Cardio
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Shoulders/Cardio
Thursday-Arms
Friday-Legs
Sat-Weight training off/Cardio
Sun-Off"Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away, and you have their shoes."

LMAO! Here we go I knew there had to be at least one that popped up. I have no reason to lie and I'm part of the INBA a tested organization, www.naturalbodybuilding.com. If I would of tested POSITIVE from my show back in September, I would have shown up under the "failed athletes"
Thanks for the compliment and motivation though!"Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away, and you have their shoes."

in one year?
Naturally?
No way in hell, seems as if you are really natural, so it probably is the time that you are lying about.
Would roughly take about 18-20 months of bulking and 3-4 of cutting to get anywhere near that physiqueDepressed Amsterdammerr is depressed :<
