    is fruit and whey protein ok for pwo shake

    i like to have either an apple or bananan immediately pwo and then i have a solid meal 30 mins later.

    I know that fruit contain fructose which is for liver but is the fruit an ok thing to eat to replenish your muscle stores immediately pwo because of the glucose in them,..

    it's not optimal but it should do just fine, add in some oatmeal if u want a bit more pwo carbs to it

    ok dont mean do this in ur thread i hope u dont mind. but i have a similar ? After i weights train i hav a pwo shake i think its 298 cals, and then like an hour later ill have dinner is that ok?

    Yes, your suppose to have a pwo and then follow that up with a meal around an hour after your wkout
