    whats the difference and purpose between bcaa and eaa

    hey up.


    From what i understand (very little) i should be getting these down me after my workouts,...?

    which are the ones i should be supplementing into my diet, and/or do i get enough from my whey protein shake.

    The 3 BCAAs are a subset of the 8 EAAs. ALL of your protein sources contain the EAAs albeit not free-form.
    It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
