Well, I am probably going to go out and drink tomorrow night since it is my best bud's b-day and wanted to know if:
A: I should do my leg workout tomorrow, regardless of drinking that night
B: No workout tomorrow and save it for Saturday, even if I have a hangover
C: Don't drink (don't even know why I am giving this option)
And yes, I just realized I should have made a poll. I am on creatine and know that when I wake up Saturday my weight will more than likely be down. I will make sure to drink of plenty of water, usually chug a serving after two beers and will take my Advil before sleeping. But should I workout that day or the next, because I know that alcohol slows down protein synthesis and don't know whether Friday's workout would have been deemed useless. In the past I wouldn't have even thought about this, but I am have become much more involved than I used to be. Thanks in advance!
