Ok so ive been working out about say 10 months pretty steady except for during the football season. Before the season i had about 6 months of a steady workout but did not seem to be making any gains. A friend of mine introduced me to Purple K and said it worked with him to gain size and more strength so i figured why not. I used it for about 2 months(just over one bottle of use) and i did not really see any gains compared to my gains when i worked out without supplements. Im deciding to get rid of the Purple K(sorry Fusion) and im going to use just a regular Creatine Monohydrate powder and see what it does for me. Can anybody tell me or give me a reason why the Purple K did not work like it did for my friend? Also is there really a difference in size and strength gaining between a Kre-Alkilyn(like Purple K) and just a regular Creatine Mono.? And if anybody can tell me when and how much to take and also about this loading and maintenance phases that im not used to it would be helpful. Thanks.

Dose in purple K is miniscule at best, not NEARLY enough to do jack **** for you. Either get creatine mono, dose it right (10-20 gram loading period, 5 grams maintenance after), or get Animal Pump (creatine plus preworkout.). Either one will work.
You can wait for tomorrow, I gotta make it happen.
