Nightmare tonight! So I've managed to split my half rack down the upright and I can't buy a replacement yet... So.. I'm needing your guys help
All I have now is a lat pulldown /cable tower (low/mid/high)
Barbell
Plates
And me lol
However this means I can't bench press, overhead press, barbell squat, Romanian deadlift, or even barbell row/shrug
So I don't know what to do now as a 2 day abbreviated plan with compound mainly but without OHP due to a rehabbing elbow ..
Also in the future if I buy squat stands what would you recommend also?
But I'm needing help with my situation now lol
