I am an ectomorph bulking. Ive been on Creatine before but **** like Cell-tec or Extreme 8. I hate that F&^cking insulin spike sensation (made me feel sick). Thinking about taking creatine in its pure form. Can anyone recommend or give any advise on this.

just creatine monohydrate (not the new forms)
Met-rx micronized creatine
or beyond a century .com micronized creatine 1kg 20 bucks.
These I have seen good results v/s the salt like creatines. Micronized is like flour and disolves completly in water.
I have had tons of "micronized creatine" that sucks.
So I only use these 2 sources.
It makes no sence to get a $15/kg creatine and it sucks.

I have done a lot of research on the "best creatine" subject and what i get is that Prolab's Creapure. Cheap and works real well. and a lot of guys on this post respect that.

I like Straight as well...Never tried monohydrate creatine though.
