    Sit-ups after bulging disk injury

    Gents,

    I have been doing largely plank, roll-out and crunching work for my abs. I miss doing sit-ups (regular and decline). I would appreciate if anyone who has had a bulging disk (mine's L4-5) could provide their inputs on whether they think doing sit-ups is ok. And if so, how long they waited before proceeding to do them.

    i dont have a bulged disc but you can try doing them on a medicine ball it would be much easier on the lower back and if your not having any problems with that then switch to the other types.
