Creatine Mono Scoop Size?

I have a few small scoops lyin around and im just wondering what the size is for exactly 5 grams of creatine mono? I want to get the dose exact instead of just eyeballing with a teaspoon. Reps for correct answer.

Yes I did read your post. I guess I am not sure what you are asking then. You want to know what the "size" is for 5 g? I just told you that 1 tsp (4.93 mL) of volume is 5g, i'm not sure what else you are asking for.

Only other option I can think of is you would need a digital scale, there real cheap to buy if you want to be that specific.

have you never been in a kitchen? Do you not know what a teaspoon is? Do you not have these lying around?

Okay, so apparently the density of creatine monohydrate is 1.3? At least according to this: http://www.sciencelab.com/xMSDS-Crea...ydrate-9923566

That would mean that 5g is actually 3.8 mL, which is about 4/5 of a teaspoon. But since the side of the container clearly says 5g is 1 tsp, I think I will believe that over some random thing that I just found on google.

I've already stated that I Don't want to use a teaspoon because teaspoons come in a lot of different sizes and i want the exact dose of 5 grams everyday. I do not have a set of those teaspoon scoopers, but I do have some smaller scoops lying around from other supplements that i've used in the past.

Since different products have different weights, I want to know what size of a scoop in cubic centimetres would give me an exact 5 gram dose of creatine monohydrate. I have a feeling i'ts 6.5cc but I want to verify for peace of mind I guess.

A teaspoon is not just a spoon for tea, it is a unit of volume equal to 4.93 mL. That's 4.93 cubic centimeters.

5 g creatine = 4.93 cubic centimeters

Bro...just take a teaspoon and fill it with Creatine...then pour the teaspoon of creatine over into one of your small scoops....which ever scoop is filled by the teaspoon without over/under filling it is your scoop.

You would need a digital scale to find the exact volume it takes to make 5 grams of weight of whatever product you want to measure, then you can decide what size scoop will hold that volume.
