Pre-Season no weight gain wrestling workout

My problem is that i want to be able to increase my strength and endurance without gaining or losing muscle - any suggestions would be helpful - thanks

If you eat enough calories (clean calories) you won't lose any muscle. Sorry to say but you cannot train strength and endurance at the same time. If you periodize your workouts having an endurance phase for 2-4 weeks and then move onto a strength phase for 2-4 weeks. You have to train in phases or cycles for particular adaptations in order to progress properly.

    Good Luck.

Keep in mind most strength gains are neurological. It's not an increase in muscle mass, it's an increase in your central nervous system's ability to recruit groups of muscle fibers, which makes you stronger.

Yes, you can increase strength and endurance at the same time. I wrestle college.

Simple but good Clean series workout, using 70-80% of your competition weight.

    Clean x5
    Romanian DeadLift x5
    Front Squat x5
    Overhead press x5
    Clean x5

Minimal rest, do all 5 lifts in a row with minimal time inbetween.
