Stacking question
Hey I just recently got some new supps. I got white flood, green mag, and some new whey protein. I want to take them all pre workout. So should I just put them all in a shaker with say 30 oz of water like 30 minutes before I workout and take it or is there a better way to do this? Please help, first workout is coming up soon!

You should take the white flood and green mag 30-45min pre-workout and take your whey protein post workout.

Fair enough. It just says on the label you should take it pre and post. Should i put the flood and mag in the same shaker?
