self control
healthier cookies
just out of curiosity, what type of cookies?Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Protein bars are an expensive substitute.
I've been eating:
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Brownies
- Butterscotch biscotti
- Chocolate cookies
- Gingerbread cookies
and I can't stop.. its bad, what do you think of when it comes to self control?
I know when I get a boner in public I think of cutting the grass and baseball and it goes down, but when it comes to food I have no control lol.Food <3 I'm obsessed with you.

homemade or what?
I think about getting fat; if that's not an issue (ex. you aren't getting fat) then I would suggest stepping up your game http://www.cookiemadness.net/?p=3541Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. The healthier solution is not to eat them, man up and take control of your mind instead of your mind controlling you.
:P
The only healthier type solution would to be eat some fruit or something but the problem probably isn't the fact you eat the cookies, it's the fact you lack the self control in eating them and the portions are probably ****ed up.
Therefor, if you abuse the cookies you will abuse whatever other food you replace it with because it's some sort of mental attachment or vice.
Maybe your comfort food or something.
/shrug
Perhaps you should work on portions and then as you cut back on the cookies start replacing the ones you don't eat with some sort of fruit you enjoy. Keep doing that until you replace all the cookies with fruit.
lol I don't know, hope it helps.

If you can't control yourself, don't buy cookies. I have the same issue with protein bars. When I have them I would rather eat them then whole foods. So, I just try not to buy them.
That aside - if you want a cookie, have a cookie. Go to a store and buy a single cookie. Eat it. Get on with life. You don't drown by falling in the water; you drown by staying there - Edwin Louis Cole
