Do you really think your body is going to be in a muscle building state while trying to fight off invading viruses?
And since training is essentially catabolic (anabolism happens outside of the gym), then training while you are sick will just set you back, since your body will be broken down by your training, but won't repair itself adequately.
Focus on getting healthy and then once you are back to normal, hit the iron. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

I've been facing the same problem... I've been forcing myself to workout anyway... It's just not worth it.. I got dizzy... I felt weak and shakey... I got tired real easily... Just rest... Especially if you do go to an actual gym vs working out at home. I know if I showed up at the gym and saw someone with a snot filled nose hacking all over the equipment I would tend to get a little pissed off.
