    Leg workout

    I tried this leg workout last night and it was pretty hardcore...

    I used a reasonably light weight on the barbell
    With no rest;
    20 squats
    19 squats:1 press up
    18 squats:2 press ups
    17 squats:3 press ups
    16 squats:4 press ups
    etc.....


    Then try come back up
    1 squat :19 press ups
    2 squats: 18 press ups.

    Found it a nice break from my usual routine...

    That would be good for strength endurance (conditioning) but would not do much for you in terms of hypertrophy or power.

    It is good to mix things up once in a while and give your body a break from heavy weights though.
