Dip Shrugs?
Does anyone know of whether or not these are a good trap workout? All you basically do is hold yourself up on the dip station like you're going to do dips, but instead you keep your arms straight and lower your body down. You can add a heavy free weight to hold between your legs. I tried them and felt them, but do they hit the traps enough?

The movement is opposite of a shrug if you think about the mechanics of it. Instead of shrugging your shoulders up to lift the weight, you'd be forcing them down to move your body up.
I'd imagine, if anything, they'd work lower traps and middle back.
