i saw this thread in the tmisc
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=120223861
and there were a sh*t load OF F*CKING STUPID KIDS posting.
lets list a few:
Slayer1965 said "Good by capitalism, hello socialism and high taxes" are u dumb? this post makes no sence
crunchfit said "Can't understand how people can be so collectively narrow minded and retarded." wtf this doesnt even make sence to the thread, but i like you just saying.
taylorgb34life pretty much said rage rage rage rage and some more rage... like ur a spoiled brat. ur daddy prob makes a sh*t load and ur mommy changes plastic surgeons like its her job. you have no idea wtf ur talking about. PLEASE stop posting on this topic.
umadbraa said "socialism is ****ing gay. the poor should earn their healthcare. fffuu" THEY ARE poor cuz theres no jobs, how can they earn a paycheck to pay for their healthcare when theres no jobs available? (not referring to NJ, NY)
SteezyChr said "Well we are all f*cked. If the thing passes the next two votes. Keeping my fingers crossed it doesnt." i guess thats prob the most educated response in the first page. but WHY are we f*cked? HOW?
ok let me explain what the health care bill.
EVERY working person, that gets a paycheck has to pay like 80$ for a single person, 60$ for a family of 2, and 40$ for a family of 3+ a month (im not 100% sure about the numbers, i might be off by 10$). Now guess how much money is saved every month.... A SH*T LOAD. lets say u get really sick, and ur just like me an average american, middle class. you WILL NOT have enough bills to pay. thats where the health bill comes, boom, u go on medications for free.
now winter track is coming up. i need to get my physical ready. i dnt have insurance, apparently im too rich (im really not rich at all). when the sports administrator asks me why i dnt have my physical ready, idk wat im gonna say.

I am not keeping close eye or really know to much about this bill, but what slayer said is perfectly right. So you say you won't have to pay for the medications the government give; so who does pay for them. Oh, wait Uncle sam will pay for them; on hold what was that, who pays Uncle Sam, oh yeah we do.... And there is some truth to the socialism part of his statement, because since the poor will be recieving free health insurance, which will be paid for by the more wealthy which from the rich and giving to the poor is the core basis of socialism. Now having that said, I take no sides in whether the bill should be passed or not. Nuff said.

you should of kept your mouth shut if you didn't know **** about it. whats happening is that the government is basically paying a one time fee (like a trillion dollars) then people pay into the healthcare and even the people that do not want the governments healthcare and use a private company will be fined for it.
makes sense huh?
the real problem is ****heads kept screaming change!!!!
most people didn't know how good they had it when we had bush but they're finding out now.

yes... ill explain it more
look, money comes out of every pay check. and that money goes in a bank or w/e. now MOST people will not get a serious disease that requires $100,000+ for treatment, so it kinda balances out.
and im red cuz i kinda made a thread where it had like 20 different ways how to get a girl intoxicated and rape her.

Tell me if I'm wrong or not, but isn't the health care bill over insuring like 10 million people or so that don't have health insurance (i know there is more to, but that is beside the point).
And about the Iowa joke, yes my family works, and we work our ass off to have nice toys (boat, snowmobiles, mudding truck, and my dad has a new v6 yes i know its slow mustang with a gt and pony package + sun roof) I personally have been working since age 14, and mowed lawns before that.Life is a journey, enjoy it while it lasts!

im stupid because i like my health care the way it works now. ok lol.
idk about you but i had open heart surgery in 1990, im thankful i got the best doctor in the nyc area to operate on me. I like the current system, spend more to get the best.
I do not want this change, because i bet we change this its gona change a lot more.
Health care is working out fine for me, i have never had an issue with it and i am a satisfied customer.
o and i live in bergen county."Hell is not a place you go if you're not a Christian, it's the failure of your life's greatest ambitions"

i never called u stupid...
not many people have the money in their bank acc for an open hear surgery. this system works for 1 (you) person and does not work for a 1000.
i live in Bergen too. wat town?
the kid from Iowa: ur family works hard for their money? what if ur dads gets cancer (knock on wood he doesnt). i think ur dad prob makes the most out of ur family... all of the sudden how would u pay for u bills, AND the cancer?
I want you to think about what i said for a good time, then tell me ur opinion on the health care bill.

ITT Communism, socialism, fascism, and Nazism become one in the same, and misinformed teens parrot what their parents' favorite cable news programs tell them.

And I hope it passes...I broke my leg when I was in highschool and have had to get four surgeries...my family is debt for about 25k.....total was over 100k..but we've had alot of help...I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Brah, Hate to burst your bubble, but its a 1990 page bill that passed in the house, by 220-215. Of those 435 total representatives that voted for it....I can almost gurantee you that not a 1 of them personally read it...even at that, they would probably be unable to comprehend the legislative language. Of course...they have their advisors read and translate it for them, but 1990 pages isnt necessarily easy to sum up.
Furthermore such a long bill leaves such room for loopholes...
regardless, our deficit is over 1 trillion, our national debt is over 12 trillion, and they're both rapidly increasing. Social security and Medicare (both social programs) are broken, or...heavily flawed to say the least....both definitely need to be fixed.
How about we fix our other social programs first, then fix our deficit, and in time fix our national debt.
Until we have fixed our national debt and other social programs, there is no reason we should even consider creating another socialized program.
The government gives you "estimates" of how much this bill will cost, and i believe they said it would be 1 Trillion extra in government spending over the next 10 years.
Having said that, LBJ's prediction for the cost of medicare in the year 2000 was 7 times more than what he had predicted, Social Security costed 11 times more than he predicted (although passed by roosevelt). Point is, it always ends up costing more than the government tells you...and once they create a social program, it pretty much stays forever.
Also, the senate still has to pass the bill (which is going to be much harder) and then both the senate and house have to agree on the stipulations of the bill.
So OP... the current bill you are talking about is subject to change, in fact...it WILL change before it hits the presidents desk--if it does that is. So, your thread is fail, your logic is fail, you are fail, and this was all pointless because what you are talking about is going to change.
My point is....lets get our national deficit, debt, and other social programs fixed before we even consider increasing government spending. Universal health care shouldnt even be discussed until we get our **** strait.
Even at that, what makes a person worth anything is education. The people who dont have enough money to pay for health care most likely have no other value than physical labor....they have no "skills" or "specialization" if you will, simply because they didnt get an education. Education gives you skills, skills make you more valuable, and when you're more valuable, your time is worth more to the company...hence why you get paid more.
edit:
OP said: "THEY ARE poor cuz theres no jobs, how can they earn a paycheck to pay for their healthcare when theres no jobs available? (not referring to NJ, NY)"
Oh, you mean the same people who dont have jobs but have an iphone , designer clothes, and digital cable on their 50 inch plasma 1080i HDTV?
There are no jobs? Really? 10-11% unemployment and there are no jobs? Kthx. Even when the economy was at its best we were at 5% unemployment (which is best...prevents inflation). All the corporations/banks fell because they were making loans (subprime/ARM) that were essentially pressured by the clinton administration (feb. of 1997 i believe...not 100% sure on that). Thats why people lost their jobs...cause government ****ing intervention. Not to mention how Clinton took off the ban on credit default swaps (banned since the stock market crash of 1907).
You dont know what the **** you're talking about.... I mean of course people have lost their jobs, and thats a natural part of the business cycle. The economy goes up and down....people lose their jobs, and find other ones as the economy picks up. Keep in mind, The vast majority of our parents generation didnt have health insurance growing up...and they ended up just fine. Health insurance isnt a necessity.....although it is very nice to have. BTW if you're poor, you can just go to an ER, they'll fix you right up, and if you cant pay for it...the tax payer foots the bill. Not always the case, but it happens a lot more than you would think....Last edited by RaveBDK; 11-09-2009 at 07:31 PM.

Jesus Christ, dude, don't get so butthurt over everything to prove how tough you are.
I'm very obviously pro-reform, because the entire system is unbelievably ****ed up. The "Public Option" sucks, but it's a whole lot better than a system based entirely on employer-based, temporary health care (and it is temporary when you really break it down) with exorbitant premiums for those who are self-employed or work for a small business.forum rule

^^
That's good you have a supportive mom. At my school, you need insurance to play any sports.
I used to rollerblade at the skate park when that was still popular lol. I went off a ramp and landed on the top of my wrist. (My fingers were touching my wrist if you know what I mean)
I also broke my foot twice. One time playing football, and one time playing basketball. My parents were pretty pissed lol.

In theory maybe but it also results in brain drain. Why would I want to go to school keep and 4.0 and go to a top grad school if I could get the same amount of money, health care etc doing a basic minimum wage job. I love America the way it is people bust their asses to climb the social ladder. People need to grow some balls and bust their ass for what they want. I am so sick and tired of hearing all the crap from different people about the goverment owing them something grow up and earn it yourself.
