What are the Teen Misc's goals for the new year?
i know a lot of people set goals for the new year and i was wondering what you all are aiming for
im personally shooting for a 1k total marking my one year mark of lifting

bench 315 and 3x bw deadlift. bench is going to be the tough one. i quit benching for a long time..started to miss it.. so im making my way back up

im saying you stats look fake when you see your weight so you should update your weight.
and my bench is 255 max and my deadlift and squat are both 275x5 so im assuming 305 or 315

i bet you could definately move 315, i could when i did 275x5

since u ask....ROUGHLY... bench- 260 and deadlift 430
before i lost 30-35lbs and started drifting away from flat benching and heavy deads... i did 295 and 455. hoping ill get some help from muscle memory

1. Get a 3.5+ GPA in first year of college.
2. Get stronger. About 180 lbs.
3. Get squat above 200.
4. Kick some ass
5. Possibly get this girl im talking to. Ill post pics tomorrow.

its all about commiting, plus its better to learn back hand springs first, and do those bend backs with someones arm at your lower back so you learn the motion
i did back flips on the ground before i ever did one on a trampoline

pull 4 plates and squat 3 plates for reps
average atleast 20 a game for ball

get a 90 avg in school

then you have one half the battle, you can even practice in a pool getting the explosive part down and the commiting to the jump, then you do it into other random stuff like ball bits, practice the leading with your head and spotting your landing then bending your core to bring your legs around
