Serious Question. Legs

Now I have pretty big Quads naturally, they are mostly muscle but that's where most my fat is stored on my body. I really don't want my quads any bigger. calves and what not sure, but I mean do you "have" to work out your lower body?? I mean if I took pics you'd see what I mean I have big quads for my size.

Would it hurt not to work out my quads at least? But I realized that would mean I wouldnt be able to Squat? which is pretty retarded....

Comments? No negative posts though please If its a "dumb question" just say that....

Short answer: No, you don't have to.

Long answer: You would be a douch bag if you didn't, and only making your body disproportioned and thus possibly causing injury if you only isolate your hammies/etc, or just looking really lame if you don't work out lower body at all (Also making your other gains suffer considering your thighs are your largest body group and causes you to release hormones that help the rest of your muscles including upper body grow too)

Sorry if I sounded mean, just wanted to make it clear that you don't want to neglect your lower body if you're serious about working out.

Theres no way you've got quads that are big enough if your only squatting 180. I front squat that for equal reps. If you ever cut off the fat, they're gonna be chicken ****.
