Before even thinking about supplements, I'd be sure to have a solid training and DIET. Those two will make the biggest difference. You need to eat enough to grow.
As for supplements, Creatine is one of the best. I'd also think about Beta-Alanine and adding some fish oil (although more for overall health). You might think about a protein supplement if you find it hard to get enough protein from whole food.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

Before opening this thread I had a strong suspicion the poster was not even 21 yet. I'm shocked, simply shocked, to see I was right.
Lack of gains at your age is more likely due to an inadequate diet for your goal and/or an inadequate training routine and/or unrealistic goals.Latest Reviews:

Prohormone stuff is near to it I think. But if I were you, i'd make sure that diet is definetly right. I was considering the same kinda option, but you need to think about it before you go down that route because i swear after that you'll be asking yourself 'what's a good steroid?'
Most likely you'd stop seeing gains with something strong so obviously you'd think steroids is a good choice. Wait until you're older before considering this type of option..but if you do wanna know, then I think Tren Bomb by Pharma Labs is good for muscle mass as well as strength.I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

I think some people have an exaggerated expectation on how creatine can benefit your strength and muscle gains.
Creatine will help when it comes to squeezing out the last and final rep on your heaviest set, along with some water retention. Some people are so quick to dispel creatine from working because they think that they should be gaining muscle mass right away.
I know your looking for the magic supplement but even if your were taking a PH or ASS you still need much more experience in training along with strong diet and exercise.______________________________________________________________________________

LOL at the people saying PHs.. most likey he'll lose all his gains from a cycle and damage himself.
FOOD! Even onAAS/PHs you wont grow if you dont eat enough. They arent magic so sorry if you were thinking that. and dont turn into one of the retards that caused this banning on PHs to happen because they got a size 36B breast now and crying to mommy.
Food protein creatine. Simple cheap and very effective.

Creatine and X-Factor.
You could have some eaa's or bcaa's pre and during your workout too. Protein hydrolysates are something to experiment with in combination with bcaa's.

your 20 dont listen to that crap about getting on a Test boost your far to young to even think about it.. it may sound intriguing but no the damage you can do internally is far worse than the benefits of taking it..
if you are having a hard time making gains I bet it has something to do with your diet and your exercise routine.. are you changing up your routine enough to keep it kinda confused?? are you pushing your max's and reps to make your body feel the need to grow??
dont cover up the problem with a million supplements.. your base is nutrition and proper form (and /a smart training routine) work with these first to find which one is best for you and what you want to see.. and as far as supps.. whey protein, creatine, BCAA's, multi v's, Water. : ) oh and Eat

Not a sexy answer, but creatine and protein powder? They are what I consider muscle-building staples.
