    How does my back look? Constructive critisizm welcome.

    Hey guys, I have been working out since February 19th on my birthday. My back is easily one of my stronger points. My diet has not been good at all and I have lost around 25 pounds of fat or so since I started.

    What do you guys think? I know I need more work.

    Exclamation keep it simple

    Stick to the basics...eat 4 to 5 small healthy meals a day. Keep your fat intake low and up your protein. Hit the treadmill 5 to 6 days per week for 1/2 light jog and sweat. Hit the weights before the cardio. The fat will melt right off.

    you have made a good start. so for that congratz. just start cardio taining if you havent done already and cut your body fat percentege and you will look even better.

    size looks decent, just work on definition and toning. Mix in some low weight high reps and cut calories by a small amount until your body fat drops a bit. Also, in terms of size increase your traps could do with some bulk.

    Appreciate the comments guys. I am starting to work on my diet. For cutting I need around 2,300 or less to be in a defecit. This is my diet breakdown:

    Protein - 30%
    Carbs - 50%
    Fats - 20%

    Should these ratios be adjusted accordingly for a cut?

    Supplements are:

    Opti-Men - 3 pills morning
    ArticPure Ultra Potenc Omega 3's - 1 Morning / 1 Night
    Meltdown - 3 mid morning
    100% Gold Standard Whey - post w/o

    Is this my optimum supplement schedule?

    I try to eat every 2.5-3 hours

    I would strongly reccommend you don't cut..

    You seem a little on the "small" side to cut. Just put on alot of quality muscle first.

    No hate man, I'm bulking as well and probably will be forever (or until contest season next year lol)
