Seriously, unless you are in the deepest darkest depths of some poor third world country......really?
If you live in the developed world, do some pushups, pullups, situps, and run until you can get the rest of your life in order to get a job.

you could probably find used plastic/concrete weights for less money than you'd spend on concrete and time to make those.
i've seen them listed free on craigslist, and often see 100#+ of them with bars and a nasty 70's bench for $40-50.
