Overall it looks decent bro. Could use more mass but still good. Keep at it.

your lean with good definition, but could work on lat width and overall thickness. Wide grip pullups will build width. Do some rowing (db or bb) for thickness. If rowing is hard on your lower back, do them chest supported (I do them this way to keep the stress off my lower back and aid in isolating the middle back).

Constructive criticism- looking good and obviously doing something right on your arms.

Back is lacking mass compared to arms.

Most notably lat width would be the "easiest" way to improve it a bit quickly, as already stated, nothing like weighted pull ups/chins for that.

Overall it lacks a bit of size and thickness everywhere, traps and lats. Db rows are reasonably easy on the back and a good freeweight exercise you might still be able to do to aid that.

It kinda looks like a back that doesn't do alot of deadlifts... I suppose you can't but I would really be trying to fix that

dude if i work my lower back and strike a certain part i will be on the ground unable to move! then recovery takes a few days and alot of pain i actualy sat down once then got out of my chair and my back spasm fired up and it took me half an hour to crawl into my room to get iinto bed. I can only do light weights for lower back now but i will stick to a machine to build up a bit of strengh which still hurts but i need a strong back for football i think ill do deadlifts with my own body weights (heaps of reps) thanks for youre help ill work lats and traps alot more

you could probably use some practice posing but your back is looking solid. shoulders need a little work but it could be the way you're posing.

a workout based heavily on pull ups (medium wide and close grip) and deadlifts will add a good amount of mass to your frame.
