I need computer help

Ok so my laptop is pretty old now, like 2.5years. Its starting to suck ass and have really annoying little errors and bugs and ive noticed its slowing down quite considerably. Im going to buy a new laptop in a few months so cant be ****ed buying Windows 7 for it, just want information to stop it ****ing up.

Also the wireless on this thing is ****ing retarded. It finds a signal, signs in, connects and then resets itself and this just happens over and over - anyone know how to fix that?

-its time to back up your hard drive files (impt ones) -docs pics bookmarks mp3
-back up your drivers
-write down serials and such
-get program disks ready
-and then reformat the hard drive and start over with a new XP/vista operating system...or "get" yourself windows 7 and after the format use it
it will prob run brand new... since its 2.5 years old i would also see about upgrading your RAM memory to the max allowed by your system its a cheap effective way to boost performance and make your old lappy run win 7

you can google all of these things and learn how to do it..its easy...and needed..think of it like a complete engine retune up...

you could prob get your laptop working fine if you re-format your harddrive.

back up your data and run the restore dvd or restore partition... that should resolve all of those issues except the wireless... for that you can download the latest wireless drivers (after you do the full restore)...

if you restore the laptop back to factory settings, id be willing to bet youll hold off on a new laptop for a while as well... basically restoring it makes it run like new...

be sure to back up your docs, pics, music, porn etc... nothing is worse than losing your porn...
