Cant grow on upper body, lower still grows

I have stopped growing for a while even with taking my sets to 4x8, should i go up weigh as i feel ready and do 5x5 or 5x6?

I need to put on mass apparently especially upper body!

Eat more...

Experimenting with a lower rep range may be beneficial. Going to a 5x5 is a great way to build mass. But the more important factor is DIET.

My deit is quite good at the moment, getting around 200 - 250+ grams per day with carbs from oatmeal and pasta, and fats from cooking oil/meat/eggs

What does your calorie and protein intake look like?

Also I prefer to do a 5rm/3rm on my main exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, hang clean, shoulder press) then for my supplemental exercises i like to superset with 3x8 or 3x10 depending on the exercise

Eat more plus focus more of your workouts towards the back muscles.

Heavy T bar rows are a great start.
