Weirdness continues:
Pre-carb re-feed - 213.5lbs
Day after 700g Carb re-feed - 213.5lbs
2 Days afetr 700g Carb re-feed - 219lbs
Crazy response eh?
This morning I worked the chest & triceps:
Incline Press - 6 sets
Decline Press - 5 sets
CG Bench - 4 sets
Incline Flye - 4 sets
RG Press Downs - 4 sets
OH Extensions - 4 sets
Cable Crossovers - 4 sets

Thanks Heidi - still have some ways to go...
I don't mind the scale, I'm not mad about the fluctuations, it's just funny the way my body responds. What this does show is the possible lag in processing the carbs, or/and going back to the protein and veg diet. It may be just the sheer bulk of the veggies (their own mass) that causes the spike in my scale weight.
Morning weight - 216.5lbs, down 2.5 from yesterday. Wow, I'm a fat burning machine, lol.
Squats - 3 warm-ups, then 5 sets of 7 with 245lbs
Calf Raise - 6 sets
Leg Curls - 6 sets
Leg Extensions - 4 sets

Great, thanks for following. And for as cute as I am I think they have me beat too.
Not really, but I am, for lack of a better word, bulking (but I hate that term). So far I've been gaining at around a 1.5lb/week rate, and want to keep this up for a little while.
Saturday morning - 214.5lbs
Today - 216lbs - and this was after my carb fest (around 700g carbs)
Yesterday was another squat day, which was rough since it would have been two days in a row of squatting, and the 4th squat workout of the week. But it got done:
Squats - 4 warm ups, then 10 sets of 3 with 265
Calf Raise - 6 sets
Leg Curls - 4 sets
My lower back is upset with me...

Ah the carb king is in action! Love it! Suggestion- maybe take it easy on the greens on the days that you are upping the starchy carbs. Keep the greens for your no-carb days. You'll gain less water weight and feel less puffy. Just a thought. Take it easy on the sugar too... C'mon I know you and your love of cereal!! Hahah. Looking great, Rob. Keep it up!

Dropping the weight well. I hope to see maybe another 1/2lb before Saturday's re-feed.
Busy morning, so I had to get up at 4:30am to get things rolling:

Pull Ups - 8 sets
CG Cable Rows - 4 sets
Rack Pulls - 4 sets
