Yeah, Baby Got Back and I Want to Hold Your Hand are the only ones that belong in the top ten. Our picks are way better. Just another example of flawed science.....
Still it's a fun game though. Brian, what's the next category?

Another solid week of training capped off with this:
Chest & Back Hypertrophy
Bench Press - 135x14x14, 225x12x12x12
Decline Press - 225x11x11x11
Incline Press - 205x13x12
Lat Pulldowns - 180x14, 210x14x14
RG Pulldowns - 210x14x14x14
BB Rows - 225x12, 275x12x11, 225x20
Total Cardio - 112 min LISS
I am actually really happy with my performance today. I was expecting this to be a lot worse, especially when I went to rack the olympic bar and was like, "damn, this is heavy".
I think I'll have some pics up tomorrow at 3 weeks out. I just realized that's 21 days...."doh"
This is actually a great blues tune:
Chocolate Caramel Hazelnut Torte

Today's workout is why I refuse to believe that your days when you aren't feeling so powerful are only temporary and not a trend.
I've always liked Ms. Crow's tune selected for today.
And that torte....looks almost sinfully good.No excuses, just performance...

I guess that it's truly all relative. My lifts are better than some, wekaer than others....I just have to keep pushing myself each day.
I've thought that my posts would be a bit confusing, but if you want to keep thinking that I'm doing 14 sets of 14 reps then be my guest.
Great category, I'll have to start thinking up my list.
50 min of LISS to start off the day. Maybe some pics soon.....21 days out!

21 Days Out
Today was a wierd one for me. It started off alright, but then I progressively started to feel more ill as the day wore on. During my weights session I honestly felt like I was going to be sick and I actually had to lie down for a while. I didn't think I'd hit my daily total, but be 7pm I was good to go and was able to plug out a solid 64 minutes.
Shoulders & Arms Hypertrophy
Shoulder Press - 160x14, 190x14, 220x12x11
Upright Rows - 95x12, 115x12
Face Pulls - 160x14x13x12
Side Laterals - 45x14, 55x14
Hammer Curls - 45x14, 55x12x12
Cable Curls - 100x10x10
CG Bench - 135x12, 165x12, 175x12x12
Rope Pressdowns - 120x14x12
Total Cardio - 114 min LISS

I don't have the list with me but I know the top two and there should be NO dispute to them being there... and neither Rob or Sammy has mentioned them...
I know Prince is in the top 5 though!Brian - journal at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=161909473

20 days out....
Overall I had a pretty nice day. A couple of World Cup matches, a visit to Canada's Wonderland where I was tempted with the delicious smells of pizza and funnel cake, and 126 min of cardio. I'm bringing the shred on the 17th.
I'm homage to Christine's Cheesecake countdown I'm starting one of my own:

I love Elvis and all, but those aren't my picks, I was just guessing the #1 song. Out of all these I think When Doves Cry & Union of the Snake are the best.
I agree - that cake looks fantastic!
It nearly killed me today Billy!
I really hope that you can. Are you planning to go with Jaime?
I am totally drained right now. The last cardio session totally did me in....120 min is a damn long time when your legs feel wobbly and your brain is just screaming at you to stop. Thank god for the tv and Ipod...I need all the distractions I can get to put my mind somewhere other than the treadmill.....
Days until no morning cardio - 19!
Treat of the day - Cherry Tarts

Crazy what you get excited about during a prep.
Oooooh, you could make some nice johnny cakes.....with maple syrup.....mmmm....
Sadly no. If I could I'd put heaping spoonfuls of PB & jam.
Another great category Brian. I'll have to start thinking. I'll have plent of time during my next bout of cardio....
