That shoulders to waist ratio
Back looks great Vytis! And arms look strong. I like the lines I'm seeing from delts and tri's and the bicep peaks look peaky
You really have a hard time with that head of yours. It's a frequent visitor and still you manage to get some training done

Thanks Lou1se, you're sweet. Funny that you brought my headaches up though, because another did strike yesterday afternoon, so my planned workout was scrapped.

Like I mentioned my workout didn't happen lastnight, so I did it this morning instead of cardio:
Pull
Face Pulls - 4 sets
RG Pull Down - 4 sets
Cable Row - 4 sets
Side Lateral - 3 sets
DB Curl - 3 sets
Not too impressive either....I had a hard time getting up this morning and felt generally fatigued the whole way through. I need to step it up a notch...

Last night I had a good Push session:
Incline press - 9 sets - working up to 4 sets of 295 for 3 reps
Squat - 6 sets
Triceps Press Down - 4 sets
This morning decided to hit the weights again - Pull workout:
BB Row - 5 sets
Lat Pull Down - 5 sets
Cable Row - 3 sets
Side Lateral - 4 sets
BB Curl - 4 sets
Since it's starting to get warm out I may start up the after work walks with one of the boys. That means lifting in the morning and leaving the cardio for the PM.

I did take that late afternoon walk. It's nice to finally enjoy some nice weather again. Summer's coming!
This morning it was back to Push:
Bench Press - 7 sets
Squat - 6 sets
Chest Press - 5 sets
Calf Raise - 5 sets
OH Cable Extension - 4 sets
Not really pleased with my output this morning. I felt super tired getting out of bed, like I didn't really get a restful sleep. I did "wake up" during the workout, but my squats still sucked big time. Just didn't have any power. I may need to give my legs a bit of a break from this EOD schedule. Squatting 3 times/week may have finally caught up with me.

I kind of got bored with posting my workouts, and they're nothing to get excited about. I lift things up, I put them down...repeat.
Here are some current lifts if you're interested:
Squat - 285x20 (been playing around with the 20 rep program)
Incline Press - 315x3
BB Curl - 165x5
Pull Down - 260x10
Side Lateral - 65x10
What is exciting is that it's Little Baby Evan's 2nd B-Day party this Saturday. He won't be Little Baby Evan anymore.
