Granted...Unbreak my heart is not the worst song ever...but number 1?!?!?!?!??!?
And With Arms Wide Open?!?!?!?!?
First Time Ever I Saw Your Face....that is a decent top 10 pick. Heck, even Baby Got Back is worthy of top 10.....
Fat Bottom Girls by Queen better be on that top 100.....
Looking Through Patient Eyes by PM Dawn probably isn't on the top 100...but it'd be on my top 15.....

Yeah, Baby Got Back and I Want to Hold Your Hand are the only ones that belong in the top ten. Our picks are way better. Just another example of flawed science.....
Still it's a fun game though. Brian, what's the next category?
I am actually really happy with my performance today. I was expecting this to be a lot worse, especially when I went to rack the olympic bar and was like, "damn, this is heavy".
I think I'll have some pics up tomorrow at 3 weeks out. I just realized that's 21 days...."doh"

I think I finally figured out your notation system for the workouts - when I first looked at that, I was like, did he just do 14 sets of 14 reps?!?! What a nutjob!

Today's workout is why I refuse to believe that your days when you aren't feeling so powerful are only temporary and not a trend.
I've always liked Ms. Crow's tune selected for today.
And that torte....looks almost sinfully good.
I guess that it's truly all relative. My lifts are better than some, wekaer than others....I just have to keep pushing myself each day.

I've thought that my posts would be a bit confusing, but if you want to keep thinking that I'm doing 14 sets of 14 reps then be my guest.

Great category, I'll have to start thinking up my list.
50 min of LISS to start off the day. Maybe some pics soon.....21 days out!
Today was a wierd one for me. It started off alright, but then I progressively started to feel more ill as the day wore on. During my weights session I honestly felt like I was going to be sick and I actually had to lie down for a while. I didn't think I'd hit my daily total, but be 7pm I was good to go and was able to plug out a solid 64 minutes.
If I was a betting girl...and I am, especially when I know I'll win.....I'd bet money that your legs will be at their freaky deaky leanest.

I don't have the list with me but I know the top two and there should be NO dispute to them being there... and neither Rob or Sammy has mentioned them...
I know Prince is in the top 5 though!

Thanks Sammy and great picks as always.

Well I'm picking my favs not trying to guess this crazy list. But if I were to try to guess the top 2 I'd choose Hound Dog - Elvis & Freebird - Lynyrd Skynyrd.
60 min LISS in the books. More to come. Happy Sunday!
Overall I had a pretty nice day. A couple of World Cup matches, a visit to Canada's Wonderland where I was tempted with the delicious smells of pizza and funnel cake, and 126 min of cardio. I'm bringing the shred on the 17th.
I'm homage to Christine's Cheesecake countdown I'm starting one of my own:
well you got 3 of the top 4 so this list must not be too bad... Hound Dog is #1, Eye of the tiger is #3 and When doves cry is #4.
#2 was another Elvis song...Teddy Bear
This top 10 has a lot of really old songs but some of the big ones that are on this list...
Crocodile Rock
A Horse with no name
the lion sleeps tonight
rockin' robin
puff the magic dragon
union of the snake
black horse and the cherry tree

Well Rob, I'm going to try my bestest to make it to your show! I have my fingers crossed
I love your "days till no morning cardio" countdown, haha. I used to tell myself that on the stairmaster... "Just one week, Christine...one more week..."

I love Elvis and all, but those aren't my picks, I was just guessing the #1 song. Out of all these I think When Doves Cry & Union of the Snake are the best.

I really hope that you can. Are you planning to go with Jaime?
I am totally drained right now. The last cardio session totally did me in....120 min is a damn long time when your legs feel wobbly and your brain is just screaming at you to stop. Thank god for the tv and Ipod...I need all the distractions I can get to put my mind somewhere other than the treadmill.....

I understand that. And that wasn't a top 10 list either. Just going over some of the better ones in my opinion that wasn't said...
One more for you... food/drink songs. Since you display the food pornm so freely! There are only 30 on this list...
