    Finally got the t-shirt!

    Remember back in highschool when you were doing weight training for the football team, they would give out t-shirts when you hit milestone levels on the bench? Back then I don't think I ever got past about 175 and weighed 125 lbs Now 20 years later, I'm still shooting for those t-shirts! I finally got 300 lbs on the bench this morning. Quite stoked. I've had 300 in my mind for a while now. Went up fairly easily. Probably could have gotten 305 but I'll keep working for another 4 or 5 weeks and give 305 or 310 a try. Next milestone-6 plates!

    I remember those days. I was part of the 500 club in high School. The t-shirts were kind of dorky though so I hardly wore mine.

    Yes right now I'm at 1.86 x my body weight. At one point I could bench twice my BW. That went aside as soon as I started eating and cut out the cardio.
