I think time is the only thing that works. I know it is a very slow process.

It took me a year to regain the strength I lost in my left arm and hand. I still have not regained feeling to my thumb and back of hand.

B-6 but not too much but mainly these:
P-5-P (b6 coenzyme) helped clear up my strained wrist fast a few weeks ago (Country Life).
& extra good ol' Vit-C w/ Bioflavonoids, plus Rose Hips and Acerola (Solaray).

Assuming you are using the supplements as supplements (i.e. you have your diet squared away), focusing on anti-inflammatory effects and providing the basic building blocks for the neurons will be you focus. You need to research each of the nutrients below before you make a decision, but they are all great adjuncts to the healing process.

EFA (flaxseed oil, fish oil and GLA oil) - very important for myelin replacement
    Vitamin C - important anti-inflammatory
    Citrus Bioflavinoids - See above
B Complex - supports cell metabolism
Protease mixture (protein digesting enzymes) - wide range of functions in healing

    Good luck!
