    How to get to 5 percent body fat..

    Sup guys...I'm about 5'9 about 155 around 8-10 percent body fat, i'm trying my damnest to get to 4-6 percent but can't seem to accomplish my goal. Any tips? My diet is pretty good and cardio is amazing. But I lose weight so easily if I really diet hard. Trying to get a cut look instead of a skinny look. Any thoughts???

    You don't have much muscle. Therefore, the only thing you wil be accomplishing is getting even skinnier. Bulk.

    lol above poster is correct. i was at 137 and still didnt have a low bf. was around 12 i think or 13.

    dont make the same mistakes i did and try and cut rediculously low.

    bulk then cut.

    If you really are 8% you look fine and all your abs etc will be showing anyway, i don't understand what your deal with 5% is.

    Heres da thing..i compete hard in martial arts and have to be quick and in great cardio shape to do what i do! I got up to 170 in late sept and have never been so slow and out of shape in my life!!

    king if you wanna drop id go for more lean meals but genetics play a big role in dropping bf also. id stick with protein shakes and chicken/broccoli when i run that diet i drop to as low as 5-8% and ive done it 3 times.. and i dont compete i usually do it when summer comes around and then bulk out for winter like a bear

    If you cut down to 5% they're just gonna throw you round the ring.

    I did martial arts for several years (karate) and they there were quick guys that'd get a few points off you, but as soon as you gave they a big hit or threw them to the mat hard they were useless and lost all their fight.

    Bulk up, keep working on the speed work, lose some pace but become a better all-round competitor.
