I mix the mince in a bowl with some onions, herbs and spices. I like to add chopped chillies. To make the burgers hold their shape I add some breadcrumbs. You can use an egg instead, or even some sauce. Once done, I throw them on the grill. Easy, and a hell of a lot nicer than the ones you'd buy in a supermarket, plus you know exactly what goes in to them.
