Or results that are so slow. Been lifting for about 5 years and for the MOST part, its my damn fault becuase I dont lift with enough intensity. However, for the past year, I've been really into it but still see very little results......I've only started to see mass gains after working a FT job where ironically, its the work schedule that allowed me to do less cardio that made me stronger, but also fatter.....
Like today I thought about squeezing in a workout even though I'm not in the mood...but then i ask myself....wtf is the point? Not like ill get stronger or bigger

Hard to be motivated when I dont see results......

it is really weird how the human body responds. I used to be big, 255lbs. For a while, I would work out for like 2 months and be using the same weights and thought about juicin was the only option from there, or give up. Then, out of nowhere, the weights would start just going up. My body went in waves like that. A LOT of pros will say the same thing. Their bodies all of a sudden wake up and respond to the training.
What is your BF% at? Do you have an online journal on this site? How is the diet? Ive had good gains and you can check out my journal if it will give insight. What are your goals?
hope this video helps!

Maybe you need to switch exercises to something that gives you more visible results. I usually do cardio machines but I notice I get in ridonkulus shape when I swim a lot. Swimming is definitely the best workout but its a p.i.a./wrecks my hair/takes 2 hours out of my day. Your post makes me wanna go swim laps though.
