I have no idea about the bench but the bar looks to me like there's a good chance it is an old york bar. I have two myself. My Yorks have the two piece sleeves like that.

Bench looks similarish to this old bodysolid FID46, but there are a few subtle differences so I'm not entirely sure;

And I would definately say York for the bar, not sure what the pin/bolt on the collar is though..

The FID 46 hasn't been on the market long enough and has only been released in the colors shown. Honestly I would never own a FID 46 because it and that bench look exactly like my shaky Marcy bench.

Ah, didn't realise it was only a few years old. I thought it was the older version the 71 or 31.

The 71 and 31 have always had square tubes, I would make it a Marcy product or another brand from the same maker I bought mine like that about ten years ago.

I vote York and Marcy respectively.
The bar has the tell tale York split sleeve and donut end. The bench looks exactly like a Marcy I had about a year and a half ago......I assume its like the one Tim speaks of.
For the record................if ANYBODY can find an id'd bar with those split-sleeves that IS NOT a York I would like to see it. I have yet to see another manufacturer use that design, but I have seen about 1% of the bars out there, so I know nothing. Just trying to learn......help a brother out!

I am an idiot.
As I moved the bench around, I noticed on the black dial than you use to change the position that is is an IMPEX. IMPEX is the same as Marcy (either Marcy bought them or they were sister companies from the beginning).
Anyways, Im kind of surprised that this thing is a cheaper brand to be honest. It is built very sturdy and all.

Mine was sturdy, rated to 600#'s so you know it could handle a lot more, it just want well put together. Impex quality, it never sat quite level, and was stiff to incline unless things were lose enough to allow a little wobble. Just the sorts of things that make the difference between quality and not. I would rate my Bodysolid old model 31 as no more sturdy just more soundly put together. Honestly I always though it was one of Marcy/impex's best designs and the leg developer was actually quite comfortable to use, amazingly enough, but in the end the tolerances of build do show through and a better brand does have tighter ones.
FYI I got $125 out of mine it was this model exactly:

I included a six foot standard bar in the price, but no weights (got my asking)
