good shiit bro, thick ass arms and very lean. your lower abs seem to be even thicker than your upper abs which is hard to do.

I do a lot of work on my lower abs and my obliques. They're the hardest to get, so I give them almost all of the emphasis.

Thanks. No leg pics, atm. I'll get some. They're not all that impressive, though. I admit, I'm top heavy. But I do try to get my legs big. They're only 28 inches around right now.
