Here OP I make websites for money.....
Change the backround to black first of all, it looks like some ****ty website I got directed to by mistake...
None of the less structure template seems a bit basic, nothing like good curve on the box won't hurt...
But yeah please change the background website looks gehtto as hell...
And try to keep a basic colorsheme going on but keep it sleek...

well he isn't providing the content from his bandwidth, so he's okay but i think this is still illegal because you provide a warez type search engine. alot of forumz close when they provide links to illegal downloads.

You are responsible for what's on your site no matter what you say whether or not you host the media.
Edit: No hate, but i also don't see the usefulness of this site when you can download music in both the mp3 and video format for free at youtube.

I think the search, listen and playlist part would be fine...it's the download part that is probably the problem. It would be like what is it...Pandora?
And it is finding a lot of stuff so far through my searching. I'm using Dave Matthews for an example and it is finding taper pulls in the search, not just studio recordings. I am liking it so far.
Like KidSwole said, if you can fine tune the layout to look nicer you should be good.

Hold on for a second, you say you programmed this whole thing in a day? bull****. Seriously, this must have taken you a while -- you have it editing the ID3 tags in the MP3's, you have a script that refeeds the MP3 from another site to you, what the ****?
Does this just search on google for you and then all you did is the refeed through your server? You could probably save a **** ton on hosting costs (and get the FBI out of your hair) by just linking to the original site and forgetting the rebranding of your site on the files... The majority of your money is going to be made by advertising anyway, and word of mouth is going to make this site very popular without the rebrand.
Also it would be way more useful if I could see where these files are from... I searched for "Microtonal" and the first thing that came up was "music for microtonal guitars and". And what? So I searched google and found a piece, "Music for microtonal guitars and mallets," but it isn't the same mp3 that you have.
