Didn't watch either vid, but the woman in the OP obviously has large, round, saline implants over her muscles, which is why they are so obvious. Anatomical silicone implants under the muscle + a good surgeon and you really wouldn't be able to tell at all.
(No, I don't have implants... kinda wish I could get them, sometimes, but too much $$$ and risk.)
