Stopped two weeks ago haven't had a dip since. Had been doing it at like a can every day or two for 4 years. Did enjoy have a huge dip after a workout though, best time.

It's a marketing thing. I'm in a college town, they're probably trying to get everyone hooked before they jack the price back to $6. Any chew up here is $5-8 though.

might be better to wear gloves next time. cured leaf is like DMSO..it'll go right through your skin and into your bloodstream
it's also a good idea to be near a bathroom the first time you try it. i now know the logic behind tobacco enemas they did back in the 1800's. the poop chute is loose!----------------------

Probably my favourite snus as of now. It's strong, and has a hint of spearmint. Jakkobson's Melon is another one of my favourites, but I'll use any portion snus. For those of you that are unaware, Lös snus is rough on your gums and will cause recession.
I quit smoking (was half a pack a day) a year ago, and have been using snus for the past two years. I use about three portions a day, and remain satisfied, and it also keeps the dentist happy. I just had an appointment today, and the dentist said that my gums are 100% healthy... especially my top-front region (where I snus) lol. Just brush your teeth three times a day and floss, and you'll be fine. I can't emphasize flossing enough though, nothing is worse than having a piece of chicken stuck in between your teeth and having your snus soak it up - IT WILL make your breath smell like chit.

quit about a month ago now, feeling good about it. was at the point where i couldn't get a buzz even if i waited a week in between dips. figured it was pointless.

Big fan of snus for a long time. Thunder, Oden's, Offroad, Jakkobsons... All great stuff. I have never seen the Melon and am jealous you all get it! Anyone have a fav site they use for a good deal? I have a shop by me that sells some stuff, but for the most part has lots of spearmint flovors which I cannot stand.

I dunno how you bros do it. I started dipping cuz I wasn't in a situation where I could smoke. So I spent half a year dipping. Then starting smoking again. Cuz cigarettes have such a stronger and more immediate effect. Health effects aside, I'd put cigs on top atfer trying both for extended periods of time. Unfortunately cycling is one of my passions. So I'm pretty saying to myself, "Hey, love this sport but be destined to suck at it. Forever frustration".
